KLPP Insurance & Reinsurance Company Ltd. informs that as of September 24, 2025, the Binding Authority Agreement No. 19-0079-25 with Coverholder Wholesale Insurance S.R.L. (Italy, IVASS: B000742607) has been terminated.

All obligations under insurance contracts concluded prior to this date remain valid and will be fully honored. In addition, Wholesale Insurance S.R.L.  is required to fulfill all obligations related to the servicing of existing contracts until their expiration date. In case the Coverholder fails to comply with these obligations, policyholders are requested to contact KLPP Insurance & Reinsurance Company Ltd. directly.

To ensure continuity of insurance coverage, renewals may be arranged through other authorized Italian Coverholders (the list is available on our website). Policyholders retain the right to choose their insurance intermediary and insurer, provided that the retroactive inception date matches that of the original policy.
